FAQ
Q1. What are the benefits of using multiple Wide Bands?
A. Wide Band consists of elastic tubing bands, and each has a different resistance level. Therefore, it is good to switch between high and low resistance depending on the user's physical condition. If you hold two bands at once during strength training, you can experience tremendous resistance. (Silver 12kg + Black 8kg = Approx. 20kg resistance)
Q2. The band feels like it has gotten weaker. Is it defective?
A. Since Wide Band uses high-quality tubing bands, the elasticity does not degrade after use. This feeling is due to the increase in the user's muscle strength and the brain's adaptation/perception phenomenon; you adapt to the same resistance if you always exercise with the same band. In this case, we recommend using the 'Band Up' service to use a band with higher resistance and intensity.
Q3. What should I do if the band feels too tight or pressurized?
A. You can adjust the length using the connection band or rest for a while to adjust usage according to your condition or health status. It is also good to adjust the resistance level to fit your body size (shoulder width).
Q4. How is it different from regular low-cost bands?
A. Wide Band prioritizes quality above all else. The bands used are from TheraBand (USA), providing fundamentally different quality and resistance. Furthermore, the handles and support parts used in the product are also domestically manufactured (in Korea), prioritizing product quality.
Q5. are there any precautions when using it?
A. It is safe unless you use it to hang your body from somewhere like a rope or apply extreme weight/load to it.
Q6. Who is this product recommended for?
A. Because Wide Band provides various levels of force depending on the color, it can satisfy the needs of diverse people, from the elderly with less muscle mass to adult men and women, and even professional athletes. If you are concerned about your physical condition and stamina changing daily during use, we recommend getting 2 or more bands to switch them out according to your daily condition.
